“This one I made for my dear agent, Edson Williams. He gave me the frase ‘I love talent’, and asked me to illustrate it for a project of his, called ‘I love talent’. The combination of typography, realistically drawn female features and spare space represents my style very well. ”

Have you someone or something that inspire your creativity?

“There are some illustrators that I sometimes look up for inspiration. I love the way Laura Laine draws her models. I drew legs on a girl inspired by one of her models. For a series I’m doing for a Japanese magazine I looked at fashion illustrator Pierre-Louis Mascia for inspiration. You’ll probably not see it in the result, but is is definitely there. Influences come and go.”

Have you a place where you expose? What are your future projects? Exhibitions, events, jobs, new collections to show…

“I work for several magazines and I have a lot of dreams. Would like to sell prints of my work in my webshop, design an app, create my own childrens book. There’s always a huge to do list.”
