Projects for the future?

“I have just completed a project of 3 years in the Gulf States of the Middle East entitled ‘Another Face of Islam’.

I am currently working on a one year project entitled ‘Time’. This will be a group of images reflectiing visually our experience of time (personally and archatipically). Cuttently it requires three images daily, and groups of images as time passes.”

Someone that inspire your creativity?

“By far the biggest influence on my work was the one year I spent under the tutelage of Minor White, some 40 plus years ago. He introduced me to the spiritual aspects of the visual image as captured through the lense. He practiced ZaZen, which I have continued for 40 years, including many retreats at various monasteries. He also was an advocate of the spiritual teacher Gurdjieff. I have used these practices on a voyage of sight and hopefully insight.”
